Get ready to experience the wild side of running at the 2027 AdventHealth Lake Apopka Trail Run on Saturday, February 13, 2027, at Magnolia Park in Apopka!This scenic trail event takes runners along the beautiful Lake Apopka Loop Trail, where you’ll enjoy wide-open views, abundant birdlife, native Florida scenery, and plenty of opportunities to spot local wildlife along the way.
New for 2027 — we’ve added a Half Marathon! Runners can now choose from four distances:
30K Scenic Trail Run
NEW Half Marathon
Pumphouse 8 Miler
5K Run/Walk
The longer distances travel deeper into the Lake Apopka North Shore, while the 8 Miler reaches the historic Lake Apopka Pumphouse. The course is primarily hard-packed limestone with sections of grass, dirt, and gravel, making it approachable for experienced trail runners and newcomers alike.
All participants receive a long-sleeve technical race shirt and all finishers earn a custom finisher medal. Stick around after your race for great post-race food and a well-earned celebration.
