You’re Invited to Our Advent Party!Advent calendars come in all shapes and sizes—from chocolate and LEGO to just about anything you can imagine! But have you ever wondered what Advent is really all about? Why do we celebrate it, and what do those treat-filled calendars have to do with preparing our hearts for Christmas?
Join us as we kick off the Advent season with an evening of games, festive activities, crafts, and music! Together, we’ll enjoy the fun of the season while taking time to remember the true meaning of Christmas and prepare our hearts to celebrate the birth of Jesus.
We’ll also have an opportunity to share some Christmas kindness with the hospice and home health staff at St. Peter’s Health. We’ll make handmade Christmas cards during the party, and you’re welcome to bring homemade or store-bought Christmas cookies and other treats to bless these special caregivers.
Come enjoy the fellowship, make some memories, and help us begin this most wonderful season with joy and purpose. We hope you’ll join us!
