This Adult Equine Therapy Group offers a unique, experiential approach to processing grief in a safe and supportive environment.Through guided activities and interaction with horses, participants can explore emotions, build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and express feelings that may be difficult to put into words. The calming presence of horses can foster connection, reduce feelings of isolation, and support healing and resilience.
