What to Expect in Each Class

• Warm-Up & Mingle Ease into the session with light stretching and fun introductions.
• Learn a sultry routine designed to get your heart pumping and confidence soaring. Expect to sweat, laugh, and embrace your sensuality.
• Showcase Time Perform the routine and cheer each other on in a supportive, high-energy vibe.
• Cool Down & Self-Love End with empowering stretches, a class photo, and closing reflections.
  What to Wear & Bring Attire: Think sexy yet comfortable yoga pants, booty shorts, crop tops, sports bras, or bodysuits. Avoid baggy clothes that could get caught on the chair. Fishnets, thigh-highs, and fun accessories are encouraged!
  Shoes: Barefoot, socks, sneakers, or heels with ankle support (like stilettos or Latin dance shoes). Practice is typically done without heels, then added for the showcase.
  Optional: Knee pads (used occasionally depending on the routine).
  Must-Have: A bottle of water to stay hydrated.
