Adult Beginner Contemporary Dance

Contemporary dance is all about freedom — a mix of technique and release, strength and softness, structure and play. This class invites beginners to explore flowing movement, floorwork, and dynamic shifts of weight, guided by music and emotion. It’s not about getting it perfect — it’s about getting lost in the movement and finding something honest along the way.

Class is deisigned for beginners, those looking to return to dance, and dancers looking to connect to the basics!
