Our Bedford ADHD Support Group meets every month. It's a relaxed, friendly space where you can meet people who understand ADHD and support each other.
🗓 Date: Every third Monday of the Month.
⏰ Time: 7–9pm
📍 Location: The Holt Room, St Andrews Church, Kimbolton Road, Bedford MK40 2PF
🚗 Free car park just off St Alban Road

Come along to a gentle walk and chat outdoors. It's a good way to get moving, clear your head and meet others at your own pace.
🎨 Creative sessions
Try relaxed, hands-on activities where you can express yourself, unwind and enjoy being creative. No experience needed.
🎉 Summer and Christmas socials
We also hold a Summer Social and a Christmas Social each year. They're a chance to celebrate, have fun and get to know other members away from our usual sessions.
