Activator Poles Programme Sligo Town

Sligo Sport and Recreation Partnership are delighted to announce the return of the Activator Pole Programme in Sligo Town.

Join us for a fun fitness class that is suitable for all abilities. The programme takes place outdoors in Sligo Towns most scenic parks. Please see below schedule for programme location.

The programme will take place on Fridays starting on Friday the 11th of September for 7 weeks from 10am-11am.
