Venue: The Claremont Project

Join us for an Acroyoga Beginners Class held every Friday near Angel Station in London. This in-person session is designed for those new to acroyoga, providing a welcoming environment to learn foundational poses and partner techniques.

The class takes place at The Claremont Project, a convenient location , 2 mins walk from Angel Station.

1 hour class and 30mins practice session after class.

We have mats and acro backs for you to use at the venue so you don't need to bring anything except maybe a bottle of water.

Location: Anya's Hall, Claremont.

Acroyoga combines yoga, and acrobatics, to create a unique and playful practice. You'll learn how to fly, base, and spot in a safe and supportive setting. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this class is perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves and have a great time.
