Join us for our acro and dance lift classes! These sessions focus on building skills in partner acrobatics and dancelifts, focusing on strength, balance, safe technique, and plenty of fun! Led by experienced instructors, our classes are structured to support every ability level, whether you're brand new to acro or a seasoned practitioner.
We pride ourselves on a supportive, community-focused environment where you can learn at your own pace and connect with awesome training partners!
Key Information:
Age Limit: Suitable for ages 18+
What to Wear: Comfortable activewear that allows a full range of movement (please avoid baggy clothing and jewellery for safety)
Cost: $12 casual pass or $100 for a 10-session concession card
Payment: Cash or bank transfer accepted
No Partner Needed: You don't need to bring a partner to join in, come as you are!
