About this Event
The ABV Barrel Shop (6 Fox Valley Center, Arnold, MO) is pleased to host a Bourbon Artisan Festival at its speakeasy-themed event space on Saturday, November 7, 2026. We will feature a dozen vendors, each feature handcrafted items that are tied to the borubon world. Whether its food with bourbon used as an ingredient, crafts made with bourbon barrels, personal use items like soap made with bourbon or something with a fun tie to the bourbon like locally made mixers for cocktails and spices, this is a fun event that is the perfect way to kick-off your holiday shopping for the bourbon fan on your list.
In addition to being able to talk to and shop from all of these vendors, your $5 admission ticket gets you:
- Access to talk to these vendors, in some cases sample their products and buy them directly from the artisan making them.
- Whiskey samples (we'll be pouring some of our inventory for you to taste while you shop).
- An opportunity to buy some unique whiskey offerings available exclusively at this festival.
Additionally, we will have Picture Perfect Panini Food Truck onsite so you can buy your lunch while you are here. Of course, the ABV Barrel Shop is open that day so you can taste some of their 75+ whiskey offerings available at their tasting bar so you can find the perfect bottle for those on your holiday gift lists.
We are pleased to announce the lineup of artisans for our Bourbon Artisan Festival. Here's who has been booked so far:
AK Stained Glass - Stained glass artist Abby Arnette creates some incredibly unique stained glass pieces of art. She is planning on putting together a bunch of whiskey-themed offerings for our event. See her work here: akstainedglass.com.

Knives by Jake - One of our regular customers, Jake Thomure, makes knives as a hobby. These homemade beauties are highly desired by those that love the craftmanship of how things used to be made.
Ozark Honey Bees - Husband and wife beekeeping duo, Mike and Nina Hickerson utilize the biproducts of their bee farm to make a line of all natural skincare and beauty products. Included in the mix is a bourbon soap. They will have plenty of their bourbon soap on hand as well as their other products. Bourbon-tucky Hats - If there is one common thread to a hat worn by people in the bourbon industry, it's the Bourbontucky Hats designed by Andrew Wiehebrink, head of Research and Development for Independent Stave. It's not uncommon to see people like Freddie Noe, Jason Brauner, Royce Neeley and dozens more from the bourbon industry wearing a Bourbontucky Hat. Wiehebrink is way too busy to join us for this event, but, we're getting a huge order of them in for the festival and we will have them for sale at the event. Van Hoesen Cheesecakes - The best cheesecakes going. Owner Ty Van Hoesen is a true baking artist. You can get many different types of cheesecakes including ones made with whiskey from the ABV Barrel Shop. In addition to the artists, we'll be pouring samples you can enjoy while you shop and we'll even have a special barrel pick released that day.
Please note there is a strict "NO REFUNDS" policy on this event. No shows mean we shut people out who want to attend so we must stick to the fact that no refunds are being offered if you have to cancel no matter how legitimate the reason is.
A few notes about this event:
- You must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
- The event will be held at the ABV Barrel Shop's education center (6 Fox Valley Center, Arnold, MO 63010).
- All participants must have a ticket!
