Adam Ramsay has been an investigative and political reporter writing for the Guardian, Novara, OpenDemocracy, and more, and has seen the reality of politics in Britain: broken, unaccountable, divisive, far too centred on Westminster, and far too pliant for the rich and powerful. Abolish Westminster is both a searing indictment of the present state of the nation, and a demand for better, presenting alternatives to the current malaise and democratic deficit.
Adam will join us to talk about how we got here, what "here" really looks like in Westminster, Holyrood, and beyond, and where we can go, before signing copies of his new book.
