Join us for a weekly arts and crafts sessions especially for carers.This is a chance for unpaid carers to come together with others and take part in creative activities.
Join tutors Rachel and Abril for 10 weeks of creativity. Workshops will focus on creative expression for boosting wellbeing and self esteem and art techniques such as: lino printing, mosaics, coasters, lanterns/Jars, weaving and much more.
Just turn up, grab a cuppa from the cafe and have some fun!
This session is kindly funded by Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board and RCTCBC and is FREE to attend but donations are gratefully received towards future activities.
Please note that there are further carers funded activities across RCT, please see separate carers timetable or contact us for further details.
There is no session on October 28th due to half term.
