A space for connection, restoration and self-care, where you can slow down, switch off and immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquillity.About this Event
Woodland Sauna Retreat
Come alone or with friends to escape into nature and take time to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself.
Tucked away amongst the trees, our woodland sauna offers a peaceful space to relax, release tension and enjoy the restorative warmth of the sauna surrounded by nature. Step away from the everyday, leave the outside world behind and immerse yourself in a calming woodland experience. The double cold plunge is not for the faint hearted but you'll be glad you did it!
Whether you’re looking to unwind, recharge or simply enjoy some quiet time in nature, this retreat is an opportunity to pause, reset and feel refreshed.
A little time in the woods. A lot of time to breathe.
