A Women's Wellness Workshop (Part of A Million Acts Of Hope)

There’s something powerful about collective intention, especially when it’s rooted in hope.

This is a collabaoration between us and coach Yasmin Gina Djendel, MWLLO, Muslim World League London Office and @AMAOH and A Million Acts of Hope as part of a nationwide movement bringing communities together through kindness, care and connection.

From 13–20 May, hundreds of charities, faith groups and communities across the UK will take part in the Week of Action, shining a light on the everyday acts of hope that so often go unseen, yet quietly shape stronger, more compassionate societies.

As part of this initiative, we are opening our doors to women from all backgrounds for a special Women’s Wellness Workshop:

📍 2nd Floor, 46 Goodge Street (upstairs at MWLLO) London

🗓 Sunday 17th May🕚 11:00am – 1:30pm

This workshop is part of an ongoing series designed to support women’s emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing, offering a calm, welcoming space to pause, reflect and reconnect.

Together, we will explore:

• Meaningful conversation in a safe, supportive environment

• Light ice-breakers and reflective prompts

• Gentle stretching and balance exercises

• Calming mindfulness practices

• Tea, coffee and refreshments

• A guided art therapy activity

At a time when life can feel fast, demanding and at times isolating, spaces like these matter more than ever.

This initiative was created with a deep awareness of the unseen emotional weight many women carry, and the quiet need for spaces where they can feel supported, understood and simply be.

In the spirit of A Million Acts of Hope, this gathering is a small but sincere contribution towards building connection, compassion and belonging within our communities.💕☺️
