This is no ordinary Christmas Carol. And no ordinary Vibrant Workplace Forum.

For our final Forum of 2026, we're doing something a little different!

Inspired by Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, we're inviting employers, business owners and leaders to join us for an immersive, entertaining and thought-provoking exploration of the world of work.

We'll take a journey through workplaces past, present and yet to come, reflecting on how far we've travelled, the challenges we're facing today, and the kind of workplaces we want to create for tomorrow.

And this time, you're part of the experience!

Set in the atmospheric surroundings of The Hub beneath Belfast's Custom House, expect an afternoon of festive fun, conversation, reflection and a few surprises along the way.

There'll be festive food, drinks and plenty of opportunities to connect with leaders from some of Northern Ireland's best companies.

And while we'll certainly be having a bit of fun, there's a serious question at the heart of it all:

What kind of working world are we creating, and what role can each of us play in making it better?

• Something a little different: An immersive, interactive experience inspired by a Christmas classic, with a few surprises along the way.
• A bit of fun, with a serious message: A chance to reflect on the world of work, challenge some assumptions and imagine what could be different.
• Great company: Meet, mingle and exchange ideas with business owners and leaders from across Northern Ireland.
• Festive food and drink: Enjoy a relaxed afternoon in the atmospheric surroundings of The Hub beneath Belfast's Custom House.
