A Taste of Italy - A One Day Wellness Experience
Take a day away from the noise and make it about YOU!
Join KP Trail Tours for an intimate one-day wellness experience inspired by the warmth, food, and slower pace of Southern Italy. Over six relaxed hours overlooking Toronto's waterfront, we'll move, connect, share a beautiful meal and create a little space to simply enjoy where we are.
Your day will include:
Gentle Yoga - Begin with breath, movement and intention. No yoga experience is required. (Please bring your own mat)
Focused on YOU Workshop - A guided session designed to help you reflect, realign and reconnect with what matters to you.
Italian-Inspired Meal - Sit down together and enjoy a delicious meal inspired by the flavours and traditions of Italy.
Waterfront Walk - Step outside for a refreshing walk along the lake (please dress for weather conditions)
Coaching & Connection Circle - An opportunity to connect, share, and be supported in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Closing the Day - Reflection, gratitude, and a few takeaways to carry forward.
And a little taste of what's coming next......
Before the day ends, KP Trail Tours will unveil our 2027 Southern Italy experience - and our Taste of Italy guests will be among the very first to discover what we have planned.
No pressure. No packed itinerary. Just six hours to move, eat, laugh, connect, and give yourself a Sunday that feels a little different.
