Yoga and brunch
A morning to move, nourish and connect.
Join me for a feel-good yoga practice to connect to our bodies.
We will then sit down together for a simple seasonal brunch, good tea and conversation.
Just 10 spaces for a small, relaxed and intimate morning.
In my ideal world; we would all wake up everyday with plenty of time have a cup of tea outside, listen to the birds singing and look at the squirrels performing acrobatics in the tress. We’d then place our feet in the grass, take a breath and move and stretch in a way that felt good and nourishing. Followed by a stroll through the neighbourhood gathering up all of our friends, because we would all live within walking distance to people we could have interesting, illuminating and supportive conversations with. Once we were all there we would eat breakfast together, leisurely. With several top-ups of tea. And then, and only then, could we go off and do whatever work society requires of us.

For some reason, this is not yet reality. But I thought we could trial something similar eat on a Friday morning. Move, Eat & Connect. See how it feels.
It’ll be chance to step away from the noise of the week, move our bodies, breathe deeply and then sit down around the table with good food and good company. We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding yoga practice — enough movement to wake up the body, with plenty of space to soften, breathe and simply be. Then we’ll gather around the table for a simple seasonal brunch, freshly prepared with care, alongside pots of tea and time to connect. Nothing to achieve. Nothing to rush off to. Just two hours to move, nourish, pause and enjoy.
