Join us in the historic Reading Room of the Arlington Baths for a 90-minute soundbath of deep rest and resonance. Surrounded by gentle light, you'll be immersed in live acoustic sound - gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells.
A space to let go, soften, and return to stillness.
This event is open to all. No experience necessary.
Many find these sessions supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance - but the invitation is simply to rest.
