Madrona is honored to bring Jeanine Canty, PhD, to SLC for this evening talk, followed by a full-day workshop. In our collective reality, many of us notice that our current paradigms are no longer serving the greater web of life and require transformation. In an ecopsychological framework, our fall from grace began when humans stopped participating with all sentient beings within the creative and transpersonal world, due to our over-emphasis on our individualized selves, our abstract minds, and a silencing of nature. Much of the work of our time is to recognize our disconnection and then step back into relationship with nature, including our deeper selves.
Join Jeanine Canty for an enlivening dialogue where we will examine both our fall from grace and how to begin reclaiming wild consciousness.
