How to Think, See, and Shoot with Greater Intention Using the Camera You Already Own2:30pm - 4:00pm
This workshop is designed for photographers of every level who want to develop a more intentional, repeatable, and confident approach to iPhone photography. The classroom portion will introduce a proven framework for understanding how the iPhone camera actually works¿its strengths, its limitations, and the specific settings and skills that lead to consistently better photographs and video. Participants will learn how to think about resolution, compression, stabilization, exposure, focus, white balance, and lens choice in ways that support a deliberate photographic practice rather than a casual point‑and‑shoot habit.
4:00pm - 6:00pm
After the classroom session, we will head out for a guided photowalk where attendees will put these concepts into action. This portion is designed to help photographers translate theory into muscle memory: how to see a scene, how to simplify it, how to choose the right lens, how to stabilize the shot, how to expose correctly, and how to make quick, confident decisions in real‑world conditions. The goal is to leave participants with a practical, repeatable approach they can use every day-whether shooting travel, street, portraits, macro, or video.
