About this Event
Back with another special Walk and Talk for Summer. Join us for a refreshing long walk exploring Kew Gardens. This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, catch up with friends, and get your steps in while boosting your mood in the great outdoors.
This will be an unguided group walk on mostly flat ground for approximately 2 hours (There will be opportunities to take breaks. Toilets and refreshments are also available at Kew ).
Provided the weather allows it, we will be planning a picnic break so feel free to bring your meal deals and blankets to sit out in the beautiful botanic garden. (There are shops outside the station to buy food and a cafes onsite)
Please be reminded to wear comfortable clothes/shoes and to bring water.
Please arrive promptly at 12pm. There will be a 15 minute grace period and we will leave together for Kew Gardens at 12:15pm.

This event is exclusively for Black Women, non-binary individuals, and those of mixed heritage with Black ancestry.
All fitness levels are welcome! This is a great chance to enjoy the outdoors and connect with others in a relaxed setting.
This event does not include food or drink.
Participants are encouraged to continue to chat and get to know eachother at Kew and the talk will end by the cafe.
