About this Event
A Moment to Bottle is an opportunity for mums to pause, reconnect with creativity, and make something that celebrates a small moment of joy, calm or connection.
Join artist Kathryn Dacre for a thoughtful, hands-on floristry workshop inspired by the concept of ‘glimmers’ explored by Maternal Journal: those small moments of joy, safety or connection that can help us feel grounded and supported.
You'll be guided through designing and creating your own completely personal dried flower arrangement, using natural materials to capture a feeling, memory or moment that means something to you. You'll leave with a beautiful, tangible reminder of that feeling to take home with you.
This workshop is particularly for mums who would like to reconnect with their creative identity outside motherhood, while enjoying some dedicated time to make, reflect and connect with others.
All materials are provided, and Kathryn will offer friendly, expert guidance throughout. The workshop is suitable for all creative abilities; no previous floristry experience is needed. This is a session for adults, but babes in arms are welcome.
