In this class, each guest will:
- Learn the history of tea and the difference between true teas and herbals, and how that distinction shapes flavor, caffeine content, and blending
- Taste and compare three different base teas and natural ingredients sourced from around the world
- Learn all about the tea industry and simple techniques to design your own signature blends
- Handcraft two bespoke tea blends to package and take home, whether to keep for cozy nights in or wrap up as one-of-a-kind holiday gifts
