A Glimpse into the World of Victorian Scraps and Decorations
Step back in time to late 19th century and look through the history of Victorian Scrap albums of love poems, cards and postcards. Immerse in the adverts, stories and beautiful artistry contained in a collection of PEARS Christmas Annuals from 1892. Remember swopping scraps at school? Do you still have a collection? Bring it along with you and indulge in nostalgia. Hilary Lovie is one of our longest standing volunteers at the Castle and has won numerous awards for her work.
