About this Event
Are you looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life? Do you need a moment to reconnect with yourself and find inner peace? We invite you to the Cohen Clinic’s exclusive Guided Meditation and Sound Bath experience. Led by Leslie Hinkle and Heidi Watts, who are both certified yoga and sound healing instructors, this session combines gentle movement and immersive sound to help relieve stress and enhance mental clarity and focus. This yoga class is for ages 18 and up.
