About this Event
A Gathering of Black Educators VII
There Is a National Attack on Black School Leaders
Black Edfluencers-United (BE-U) is deeply concerned about the impact of anti-Black racism on the social, emotional, and mental well-being of Black educators, particularly Black educational leaders. Join us for a powerful gathering of Black educators to address the disproportionate targeting of Black educators, negative media portrayals, and investigations that can threaten their professional reputations, careers, and well-being.
It is time to stand together, speak out, and raise awareness about concerns regarding anti-Black racism and workplace culture within Departments of Education throughout this country. Our voices matter. Our well-being matters. Our leadership matters. Join us as we build solidarity, elevate our voices, and work toward a more equitable and supportive environment for Black educators and school leaders.
