About this Event
Step inside the story of Robert Oldrich’s painted mural and discover what it takes to care for public art over time.
Join us for a relaxed and engaging Culture Days event where visitors can learn about the painted mural, explore the conservation work, helping preserve it, and connect with the stories behind this important artwork. Whether you’re curious about public art, interested in conservation, or simply looking for a creative lunchtime activity, this is a great opportunity to see the painted mural in a new way.
Guests can enjoy light snacks, take part in hands-on drawing and creative activities, and attend short information sessions led by the conservation team. Sessions will take place at 12 p.m. and 1 p.m., so drop in when it works for you.
Come for the art, stay for the snacks, and leave with a deeper appreciation for the care, creativity and community behind caring for the art.
