About this Event
Two hearts. Two visions. One collective.
Join us for SAMA-SAMA: A Bridal Collective — An Evening at the Atelier, celebrating the beginning of a beautiful new partnership between The Dress Collective and House of Maganda.
Sama-sama is a Filipino phrase meaning togetherness—and there couldn’t be a more fitting way to describe this next chapter. Maganda means beautiful, making House of Maganda quite literally a house of beauty. Now, The Dress Collective is becoming part of that house, bringing together bridal, fashion, artistry, community, and local talent under one roof.
While our King Street atelier remains the intimate home of The Dress Collective and its signature curated bridal experience, our new presence within House of Maganda on East Bay Street gives us room to expand the vision. Expect an evolving edit of bridal, occasion and one-of-a-kind pieces alongside the work of talented local designers and creatives—creating a destination that celebrates more styles, more stories, and more ways to experience bridal.
For one special evening, we invite you inside to experience what sama-sama looks like to us. Enjoy Filipino bites from SARAP, desserts by Sarah Rutland, jewelry from Krystal Brooks Jewelry, and more local talent, while connecting with the incredible organization She’s the Veteran.
Come sip, see, celebrate, and discover what happens when two visions come together to create something entirely new.
Welcome to the collective. Welcome to the House of Beauty.
