Slavic Burlesque Festival, międzynarodowy festiwal burleski z formułą konkursową. Slavic Burlesque Festival to święto burleski! Naszym celem jest promowanie i wzbogacanie burleski, jako sztuki, w krajach postkomunistycznych. Formuła festiwalu skierowana jest do środowiska burleski na całym świecie. Dzięki międzynarodowej formule konkursu, artyści sprowadzają do naszego kraju najbardziej pożądane i różnorodne atrybuty, jakie istnieją w społeczności burleski! Jesteśmy otwarci na wszystkie narodowości zarówno w gatunku burleski, jak i boyleski.

Zwycięzcy zostaną wyłonieni w trzech kategoriach: najlepszy kostium, najlepszy koncept pokazowy oraz główny tytuł słowiańskiej królowej/króla burleski.

SBF is a burlesque celebration! Our goal is to promote and enrich burlesque as an art in Postcommunist countries. The formula of the festival is addressed to the burlesque community worldwide. Please, bring to our country the most desirable and diverse attributes that exist in the burlesque community! We are open to all nationalities in both the burlesque and boylesque genre.
If you are a well established performer or if you are just starting your stage career - help us to promote burlesque by participating in our event.
Win a Slavic Burlesque Queen / King title! SBF night will be dedicated to all aspiring burlesque starlets and well established performers, who would like to win the Slavic Burlesque Queen/King title.
The winners will be selected in three categories: Best Costume, Best Show Concept and the main Slavic Burlesque Queen/King title.

Pin Up Candy Burlesque Star is a shining star on the Polish burlesque scene. In 2016 she won the crown of Classic Burlesque Queen in Moscow. Her professional shows delighted the jury of Poland’s Got Talent (where she reached the semifinals) and the viewers both in Poland and abroad. Hailed by the Polish media as the Queen of Polish Burlesque, Candy is an ambassador of this style and a master of fan dancing. She is the first Polish woman who has presented burlesque in Paris, Vienna and Berlin. Pin Up Candy is the producer and promotor of many burlesque events like Slavic Burlesque Festival or Burlesque Revue.
Venue:
Kinoteka is a multi-screen studio cinema located in the building of the Palace of Culture and Science at Plac Defilad 1 in Warsaw.
The socialist realist style of the building has also remained at the level of a given cinema, which combines the tradition of post-war Warsaw with modernity. The cinema has 8 seats and full rooms (1410 in total), a cafe, a cinema bar and a summer garden.
