Mark your calendars!🗓️We took a year off, but we’re back & October will be here before we know it!
The Flock is so generously allowing us to use their parking lot!
‼️Please read all the event details‼️
This is a safe/family friendly event. Nothing scary!
🧦SOCKS are required if you need to go inside to use the bathroom. Shoe covers are provided by The Flock for $1 if you forget and need them.
Water will be provided💧
If you’d like to decorate your trunk & pass out something, please let me know! We have 14 spaces available for trunks(other parking available for non trunks)! 🚙 Kids don’t care how decked out they are, they just love being able to go around to each one!
You can even just set up a little space/table if that’s easier for you.
⚠️I’ll create two posts in this event to get an idea of number of kids + number of trunks! Please go reply to them for everyone to be able to plan accordingly. I don’t want any kids left out!
You can decorate and still participate with your child(ren) 🙂
*If doing a trunk, get there 30min-1hr before start time to set up.
⭐️ We ask that each trunk have:
A. Only non-food items like little toys/prizes/etc.
OR
B. Both healthier treats AND non-food items due to some people having very specific allergies & lifestyles!
If you don’t know what type of things to get, I’d be happy to help. Just message me! We’re not expecting perfection, but artificial ingredients (such as dyes, artificial flavors, high fructose corn syrup, etc.) need to be avoided🧸🍬
Feel free to invite whoever you feel would align with this!
Reach out with any questions. We cannot wait to see what everyone comes up with this year!
