In this class, you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with simple guidance, exploring body parts and giving space for your personal expression. Music becomes the teacher alongside the Teacher in Training, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.
Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms is practiced by tens of thousands of people around the world. It is a movement meditation, a creative path, and a philosophy grounded in the belief that when we move, we heal. Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor, opening space for personal insight and embodied presence.
