About this Event
The Milo Baker Chapter of California Native Plant Society invites members of the public to visit our propagation nursery and shop from a wide selection of trees, shrubs, ground covers, grasses, ferns, and succulents. All plants are locally-grown and have been tended for months by dedicated nursery volunteers. Attendees can preview our extensive plant list in advance (https://chapters.cnps.org/milobaker/2026/08/26/fall-fall-plant-sale-october-10/), which includes several selections of manzanita, ceanothus, coffeeberry, penstemon, monkeyflower, fuchsia, sage, daisy, buckwheat, yarrow, and so much more! Alternatively, simply show up and ask one of our knowledgeable horticultural volunteers which plants would do best in your garden.
Our shared nursery partner, the Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation, will lead guided garden walks at 11 am and 12 pm, as well as showcase their newest exhibit, “Spirit of My Homeland”, which features the artistic works of Gloria Armstrong (inside Heron Hall).
This one-day only event is an important fundraiser for the Milo Baker Chapter, as well as a fun and festive celebration of community, art, nature, and the start of autumnal planting. 4-inch plants are priced at $6.50; gallons are $13.00 (plus sales tax). Seed packets, bulbs, books, posters, yard signs, t-shirts, and hats will be priced individually.
