Joey Bragg brings his stand-up to Barrel Proof Lounge for a special Saturday night comedy show in Downtown Santa Rosa!
You may know Joey Bragg as Joey Rooney from Disney Channel's hit series Liv and Maddie, but long before television came calling, Joey was already doing stand-up comedy.
A Bay Area native, Joey started writing jokes at just 12 years old and began performing stand-up as a teenager before making the jump to television and film. Along the way, he's shared the stage with comedians including Dane Cook, Tim Allen and Bob Saget.
His breakout role came as Joey Rooney on Disney Channel's Liv and Maddie, followed by an expanding list of comedy credits on screens big and small. Joey starred opposite Kyra Sedgwick as Freddie Raines on ABC's Call Your Mother and opposite David Spade and Nat Faxon in the Netflix/Happy Madison comedy Father of the Year. He also appeared in Netflix's Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later and starred in the indie comedy Sid Is Dead.
And stand-up has remained part of the equation. In 2026, Joey appeared at Netflix Is a Joke Fest in Los Angeles with Bragging Rights with Joey Bragg, and he's back on the road performing comedy around the country.
Now he's coming home to Northern California for a night of stand-up at Barrel Proof Lounge.
