50-Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher TrainingCheltenham In Person or join us Live Online | Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm
Slow down. Soften. Come home to yourself.
This 50-hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is an invitation to step away from the noise of doing and into the wisdom of being. Held live online over one immersive week, this training will deepen your understanding of the nervous system, the healing power of stillness, and the subtle art of holding space for true rest.
Across the week, you'll explore:
Safe, skilful cueing — how to guide with clarity and care
Props — using bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body into deep release
Anatomy — understanding the body in stillness, not just in motion
Pranayama — breath as a gateway to the nervous system
Meditation — cultivating presence for yourself and those you teach
Sequencing — building restorative classes that flow with intention
Ambience and room setting — the art of creating a space that feels like an exhale
As a Yoga Alliance Registered School, Pasithea Yoga ensures this training counts toward 50 hours of Continuing Education credits — so your growth here is recognised wherever your teaching journey takes you.
As a special bonus, every student receives an e-book of 20 guided meditations — ready to weave into your own classes, or to return to again and again in your personal practice.
And because we believe learning doesn't end when the training does, you'll receive ongoing support beyond the mat, for life — a community and mentorship that stays with you long after the final savasana.
Come rest. Come learn. Come remember how to simply be.
