Join us on Saturday, November 7th for our 4th Annual Veterans Appreciation Event as we honor our Veterans, Active Duty Military Personnel, and their families with an afternoon of community, appreciation, and FREE professional photography! 📸The response to this event has grown each year, and we are so excited to be able to welcome even more families this time around! Thanks to four amazing local photographers who are generously donating their time and talent, we've doubled our availability to 128 FREE photo sessions!
📅 Saturday, November 7th
⏰ 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
📍 Behind Hilton Elementary
225 River Road, Newport News, VA 23601
📸 YOUR SESSION, YOUR WAY
Family photos, couples photos, individual portraits, photos with your children - or just a great new photo of yourself! You don't need a large family, a specific vision, or a special occasion to participate.
You'll also get to choose between two beautiful photo settings:
🌿 A lush, green natural backdrop near Hilton Elementary
🌊 A beach setting along the beautiful James River
Your session includes:
• A professional outdoor photo session
• A private online gallery to view the images from your session
• One complimentary 8x10 print of your choice, printed and mailed directly to you
• The option to purchase additional photos from your photographer, if you'd like
• Complimentary snacks and drinks during the event
There is absolutely no cost to participate, and no purchase is required.
After the event, your photographer will email you a link to your private online gallery. Simply choose your favorite image for your complimentary 8x10, and we'll take care of having it printed and mailed directly to you!

Because of the incredible demand we've experienced in previous years, we kindly ask that each individual, couple, or family reserve only one time slot so we can accommodate as many members of our military community as possible.
This event is our small way of saying THANK YOU to the Veterans, Active Duty Personnel, and military families who have given so much through their service and sacrifice.
We're incredibly grateful to be celebrating our fourth year with you and can't wait to see everyone on November 7th! ❤️🤍💙
