You have choices when it comes to employee ownership conferences. And we know cost matters – especially when you want more than one person from your company to benefit from the experience. That’s why the 41st Annual Ohio Employee Ownership Conference is designed to deliver more value for your investment.
For four decades, the OEOC has brought together employee-owners, company leaders, business owners and experts for practical conversations about what makes employee ownership work – from legal and technical topics to leadership, culture, communications and employee-owner education.
Our conference is intentionally more affordable than many larger events, making it easier to bring more of your team. And because we’re smaller, the experience is personal: more opportunities to ask questions, make meaningful connections and learn directly from people doing this work every day.
Great content. Real connections. More of your team at the table.
