4 STEP SOCIAL SWING KICKING OFF TONIGHT AT The Victoria Hotel Yarraville]... Fun, social, great exercise, and beginners are always welcome! You don't need to bring a partner as we swap partners during class so dancers get a feel for different leads and follows :-)Extensions Class - is for dancers who can dance the basic movements of 4 Step that we teach in Foundations Class - we use the theme of the week and build onto our foundation steps with variations and technique.
Foundations Class - is for beginner dancers, and for more skilled dancers to master their foundation steps of Basics, Turns, Cuddles, Spins, Folds, Choreos, Level Changes, and Polyfillas.
We cycle through 8 weeks, with each week being a different theme of movement, where we always cover a Simple Basic and Underarm Turn as well as the theme of the week. This means that each week the Foundation Class is a stand alone lesson that newbies or beginners can attend without prior knowledge. You can use what you learn after even just one class, to dance with other students during the social dance time!
