What we’ll explore
We create the conditions for this shift through a carefully curated experience:
• gentle yoga to release tension and restore the body
• guided and silent meditation to quiet the mind
• breathwork to open deeper layers of awareness
• cold plunge to strengthen presence and resilience
• sound bath and live music for integration
Each element is intentional.
Nothing excessive. Nothing random.
The deeper work
Most of what drives us runs quietly in the background -
patterns formed early in life that continue shaping how we think, feel, and act.
During the retreat, we bring awareness to these patterns -
especially the inner Child and Teenager -
and begin to meet them from a more stable, grounded place within.
Not by forcing change.
But by allowing a different level of awareness to lead.
