The International Stroke Genomics Consortium (ISGC)—originally founded in April 2007 during the American Academy of Neurology Annual Meeting in Boston—has grown into a leading global network dedicated to transforming the future of stroke research.
Every year, the ISGC brings together world‑renowned experts, emerging investigators, and multidisciplinary researchers for dynamic international workshops. These gatherings are designed to accelerate discovery in stroke genomics, from identifying genetic variants that influence stroke risk and outcomes to supporting their translation into clinical practice.
The following topics represent a non-exhaustive list of themes of interest in the area of stroke, however, submissions are not limited to the following:
