Site opens 4:30 pm - Please be there by 5 pm to check in at the TAVERN ROOM. All areas are level, and easily accessed. If you are handicapped please let us know IN ADVANCE so we can make it easier for you with parking. The goat farm handles parking. Snacks will be available.
*Everyone gets to feed the goats.
5:15 pm - There will be a professional Celtic Storyteller, Monica Peterson, telling several entertaining traditional tales (all ages). Stories TBA.
6:15 pm - FOOD! The Tavern Room is heated complete with tables and chairs for feasting, and the Pavilion is reserved. We can host more people this year so tickets should not run out.

Tavern Room Menu:
*Wrap & Sub Sandwiches - condiments on the side
Vegan hummus wraps, avocado, tomato, hothouse grown Boston lettuce, vegan pesto.
Italian combo - mortadella, prosciutto, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato
*Turkey and Cheese on Hard Roll
*Baked Ziti - pasta, marinara sauce, cheeses (no meat)
*Vegan Mediterranean Pasta Salad - tricolor pasta, grape tomatoes, black olives, capers, marinated mushrooms, marinated artichokes, chick peas, fresh basil, wine vinegar, olive oil, herbs and spices
*Herbed Potato Salad - vegan
*Rev. Alicia's Famous Vegan Chili
*Donuts, Snacks, Chips, Coffee and Cider provided
*7:00 pm - Samhain Ritual under the stars at 7:00 pm by the fire.
Celtic themed ceremony - Odyssean Wicca ritual format including some liturgy is standard for us (no, it's not Greek).
Your participation is expected, we do ritual together (not a show).
(Once you are inside circle, do not leave. Turn the phone off.)
*As part of the ritual, you will be given a small candle to be lit to honor ancestors, beloved dead, much loved pets - whoever you wish to honor and to voice them in circle. Please bring a small note or a letter, something you are ready to release or a message for someone on the other side to be placed in the central fire (or caldron in case of weather).
*8:00 pm-ish - Relax, feast, and gather by the warmth of the bonfire for drumming and festivities.
Please bring drums and other instruments,
blankets and portable chairs. Dancers and friends welcome!
Extra musical instruments will be available.
In case of poor weather, we will hold our ritual under the pavilion. Working bathroom facilities.
10:00 pm End of event. Please stay a bit later and help us clean up. We need to be off site by 10:30 pm.
RESERVED ONLY:
EARLY-no EB fees $35 per adult, $7 kids, babies in arms free.
LATE RSVP $45 per adult, $10 kids.
RSVP but AT THE GATE: $50 per adult, $15 kids.
Cash only if you arrive without paying on eventbrite.
