From the 25th to the 28th of September we
will be taking our Pilates classes to the heart of Trebetherick at Highcliffe in North
Cornwall, just moments from the coast for a
3 night wellbeing Pilates retreat.
Prices start from £525pp
A retreat like this provides you with the
perfect sanctuary to release your worries,
unwind from daily stresses and
escape the busyness of life.
It’s an opportunity to slow down and find
joy in the simple things, as you immerse
yourself in the natural beauty of the
Cornish coast and let the magic of
Cornwall envelop you.
Across the weekend you’ll be treated to
nourishing and delicious meals created
by our in house chef, spend time
exploring the breathtaking southwest
coastal path, and of course, enjoy a host
of rejuvenating Pilates, Barre and
relaxation classes that will leave you
feeling relaxed, revitalised, refreshed and
much, much more.

* 3 nights accommodation, with
towels and bed linen provided.
*3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 3
dinners, created by our on site
chef as well as tasty special sweet
treats.
*6 classes across the long weekend
including Pilates, Barre and
