About the Program
This is not your standard leadership training. This is practical people-management training for managers who are responsible for results and know that success depends on how well they lead and support their employees.
Over three in-person, interactive days, your managers will build the practical HR and people-management skills they need to handle the people side of their role with confidence. They will leave with tools they can use immediately, a shared approach to managing people, and a clearer understanding of their role as a people leader.

DAY 1: PEOPLE MANAGEMENT THAT EARNS TRUST

DAY 3: HR PRACTICES THAT SUPPORTS PEOPLE LEADERSHIP
- Build consistent people practices that help managers lead well
- Attract and hire the right people by setting clear expectations
- Develop a clear onboarding process that sets employees and managers up for success
- Support employees through workplace change with steadiness and empathy
- Understand different employee needs and adapt your management approach
- This final day equips managers with tools to create more consistent people practices
