Curious about art journalling? Spend your Wednesday morning making something with your hands, no art experience needed and beginners welcome. Unwind & Create is a guided 90-minute art journalling workshop at our downtown Victoria studio. This beginner-friendly creative wellness session is for anyone who wants their week to look a little different, experience the benefits of process-based art-making, or get inspired to start art journalling.
Here’s what you’ll experience:
- A guided creative evening with prompts designed to spark self-reflection and creativity
- Simple, accessible techniques (nothing intimidating)
- A warm, no-pressure space where the process matters more than the product
- Your own art journal to take home, plus inspiration to make this a regular practice

Hosted and facilitated by Art Therapist & Counsellor Hanna Kaye Verhagen (RCC, CCC, MC, DVATI, BA). Please note: although the facilitator is a therapist, this workshop is not considered therapy and is for educational and wellness purposes only.
