Meet at 9.45am for a 10am start, inside the fence line of the Rocky Creek picnic area, adjacent the car parking area on Razorback rd.The parking area is on the left, roughly 2.4km down Razorback Rd (mostly dirt road in good condition) from the intersection off Battunga Rd.
We will walk the Eucalyptus Trail loop, 2km walk. For those who need one, the option of a shorter walk will be simply turning around at one point and retracing the trail, returning to the Hut and picnic ground via the flattest part of the walk.
Please bring a chair, flask of coffee, snacks, dog mat/bed etc, as we will gather together for morning tea after the walk, in the forest picnic ground area near where we started, weather permitting.
There are toilet facilities near the stone hut.
If there has been reasonable rain during the week leading up to the 8th, you may like to bring/wear waterproof shoes/boots as there are a couple of places that can be muddy, otherwise the trail is wide, dry and mostly shady.
See you there!
