2nd Annual The Cake Social

The Ultimate Cake Buffet

Enter the Prettiest Cake Contest for a Chance to Win Spurs Tickets Valued at $1,200

Imagine walking into a ballroom filled with hundreds of cakes. The Cake Social is the ultimate cake buffet, but instead of eating everything at the event, you fill your box with your favorite slices and take your cake assortment home.

Every admission includes one cake contribution to The Cake Social.

You can bring one whole, uncut cake to share, or select the higher-priced “Cake Included” ticket option and we will provide a cake on your behalf.

If you bring your own cake, it can be homemade, professionally decorated, purchased from your favorite bakery or picked up from the grocery store. All cakes are welcome.

Guests who purchase the “Cake Included” ticket do not need to bring a cake to the event.

Before the cake slicing begins, you can:

• Walk through the cake displays

• Meet local businesses and vendors

• Take pictures

• Enter the Prettiest Cake Contest

• Watch and participate in live games

• Win gift cards and prizes

• Enjoy a live cake-eating contest

Every attendee will receive a numbered entry. Throughout the event, the MC will draw numbers to select game participants and gift-card winners.

When the cake buffet officially opens, VIP guests will choose their slices first. General admission guests, vendors and volunteers will follow in organized groups. Each group will receive six minutes to select cake slices and fill their take-home box.

Please make clean square or rectangular cuts so the cakes remain easy for everyone to share.

This is not a competition to collect the most cake. It is a fun community experience created so everyone can discover new flavors, meet new people and leave with a box filled with their favorite cakes.

By attending The Cake Social, you are helping support Good Samaritan Community Services and the San Antonio families they serve.
