It’s that time of the year!Debating in Bangladesh has always been fueled by the unity of this circuit and the love we have for the sport. Our debaters have constantly redefined expectations, broken barriers, and shown us that there are very few dreams that are unattainable. Their journey is supported by a circuit that continues to give back, with debaters and alumni playing their part in shaping the next generation.
The journey towards representing Bangladesh on the international stage is built over time — through competition, development, and the constant pursuit of excellence. Pre-Worlds is where that journey begins, bringing together the country’s brightest young debaters as they take their first steps towards the National Team, with National Camps and the stages beyond continuing to shape their journey. A national team is built through a process, and Pre-Worlds is where that process begins — the blueprint for what comes next.
Let us unite as a circuit, as a nation, once more, as Mohammadpur Preparatory School & College proudly hosts the 23rd BDC-MPSC Pre-Worlds 2026, bringing together debaters from across the nation as they begin their journey towards representing Bangladesh at the World Schools Debating Championships 2027.

Eligibility:
- All three team members must be under 20 years of age as of 28 July 2027.
- Participants must represent the institution they are currently enrolled in.
- Students who have completed SSC but have not yet enrolled in a college may represent their SSC-registered institution.
- Participants unable to represent their eligible institution may contact the BDC Organizing Committee regarding composite team placement.
