We are turning 20! The Beat Goes On! Help us celebrate a milestone of two decades of dance and dance advocacy on May 16, 2026! See over 10,000 dancers in over 100 styles of dance at Dance Parade! The Parade starts at Sixth Avenue and 17th Street winding along Greenwich Village up to St. Marks Place briefly stopping with performances at our Grandstand at Astor Place. The parade keeps going and ends at Tompkins Square Park where DanceFest begins! The festival portion of our event continues with over four more hours of free dance programming including multiple performance stages, dance classes, a social dance space, site specific areas and more!
