We’re so excited to welcome Cynthia back to the studio for this one ✨A 20-hour certified immersion fully dedicated to breathwork and meditation. Whether you’ve never sat for meditation before or you’ve been practicing for years, this training is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Over one evening and two full days, you’ll explore classical pranayama techniques, breath awareness, silent and active meditation, mantra, visualisation, energetic anatomy, and how to build a personal practice that actually sticks.
Cynthia brings over 20 years of practice and 1,000+ hours of advanced training, and has a way of making even the deeper teachings feel clear, grounded, and real. This is learning through experience, not just theory.
Open to complete beginners, practitioners, yoga teachers, and anyone curious about the power of breath and stillness. Yoga Alliance YACEP certified, so teachers can count this toward continuing education hours.
Spaces are kept small for a reason. If this has been calling you, don’t sit on it too long.
