Join hundreds of Christians in San Antonio to advance an orthodox and affirming church, grounded in love for God, the Bible, and the church.About this Event
Where Scripture and full affirmation belong together.
Do you long for your church to fully welcome gay, bisexual, and transgender people, without setting aside the authority of Scripture? Every two years, Christians from across the country and around the world gather at Reconcile & Reform to go deeper into the Bible, grow in confidence, and advance the work of building an orthodox and affirming church.
In October 2027, we’re gathering in San Antonio, and we’d love for you to join us.
Who it’s for
- Parents who want to love their LGBTQ child without letting go of their faith
- Pastors and church leaders navigating these conversations with their congregations
- LGBTQ Christians looking for community rooted in Scripture
- Allies who wish their church were as supportive as they are
Everyone is welcome at Reconcile & Reform. Wherever you are in your journey, if you’re open to learning, there’s a place for you here.
What you’ll take home
- Confidence in Scripture. Learn what the biblical texts say about same-sex relationships, from leading scholars and teachers.
- Tools for hard conversations. Be better prepared to talk with family, friends, pastors, and church leaders.
- A community that understands. Speaking up for inclusion in the church can be isolating. Here, you’ll find hundreds of people walking the same road. First time? Join our First-Timer Orientation and Speed Friending to meet others from the moment you arrive.
- Worship and renewal. Three days of teaching, worship, and fellowship.
Grounded in three loves
The Reformation Project’s work flows from love for God, love for the Bible, and love for the church. We are not asking the church to set aside the Bible. We are asking the church to read it more carefully.
Speakers
Hosted by Matthew Vines, founder of The Reformation Project and author of God and the Gay Christian. Our full lineup of speakers will be announced in the coming months.
