We are delighted to announce that the ninth International Research Forum on Multi-Owned Properties will run from 19-21 April 2027 in London, UK. Organised by Prof Hazel Easthope and A/Prof Laura Crommelin at UNSW Sydney and Prof Nick Hopkins and Dr Fabiana Bettini at UCL, the event will be held in at UCL Faculty of Laws.
We are pleased to welcome Emeritus Professor Susan Bright of Oxford University as our keynote speaker for the 2027 Forum.
The Forum is sponsored by Lannock Strata Finance and Strata Community Insurance (Foundation Sponsors).
Registration for the Forum is now open. Early-bird registration is available until 18 January 2027, with late registrations closing on 11 April 2027. A discounted registration rate is available for graduate students. We will not be providing the option of online attendance, so we do hope that you will be able to join us in person.
Conference activities included in the ticket price include welcome drinks, a conference dinner and a field trip.
There are additional dinner tickets available if you will be travelling with a partner or friend who would like to join us for the conference dinner, which will be held at Middle Temple.
The call for abstracts is open for submissions until 19 October 2026.
